March 2026 Update
March 2026 brought the free calculator suite to nimbusportfolio.com/tools, an interactive market map covering all 50 states with no signup required, and three short walkthroughs showing scenario modeling, historical market data, and P&L reporting.
It has been a busy start to the year at Nimbus. I wanted to share what has been happening and some things I think you will find genuinely useful, whether you are actively investing in real estate or just keeping tabs on what we are building.
