What is it?
Cash on Cash Return (CoC) measures the annual pre-tax cash flow relative to the total cash you invested. Unlike other metrics, it focuses specifically on YOUR money — not the bank's.
CoC Return = (Annual Cash Flow ÷ Total Cash Invested) × 100
Why Should You Care?
